| | Brazilian Diamonds Limited (BDY) ("the Company") announces that it has been notified by the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") that, following review of the Company's application, the Company's shares will be delisted from the TSX at the close of the market in Canada on 22nd June 2009 and will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange at the opening of the market on 23rd June 2009 under the trading symbol "BDY".
The Company's shares also continue to be listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
Neither the TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
